Everything included except the Beach Towels! Nine-foot ceilings, Ceramic Tile Floors, One queen-size bed, twin bed and a sofa sleeper comfortably accommodate six. One full bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, cooking utensils, blender, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, etc., a washer/dryer in the unit along with iron and board. Living area has DVD/TV and a DVD/TV in Bedroom.
